RING app alarm Door Window Contact Sensor -fix Red Light, No Green Light, No Pair, Not Connect-RESET

This Video is to show how I fix the issue on RING contact sensor which cannot pair or connect to my RING security system. It only shows RED light or No light. I used brand new battery and still did not work.
The solution is there is a small hole (reset) which you can put a paper clip or push pin in. It will have a click sound after you push down that button. It will then change from RED light to solid GREEN and then blinking GREEN. After this, your contact sensor should be working.

I hold the reset button on mine and it blinks green, then goes red, but does not go back to green indicating the full reset. Any other recommendations?

Im having that issue where the representative said I might have to replace the transformer because I did hardwire it to my old doorbell, the front doorbell camera works, the back doorbell worked a few days and then lost connection. So a video on replacement of the transformer would be great if you could upload that 😉
