The parra seems to be coming back to life. I saw people fishing in the upper parra and thought they were inexperienced or just bonkers to be fishing there - especially in the fresh. But after seeing some videos and articles I see that the upper parra does have potential. You just earned a sub 👍

Brilliant as usual buddy. Drone footage was really cool. That took me back to the late 1970s when I got my first fishing rod+reel combo at 6yr old, a wee 5ft Shakespeare rod and matching reel. It was an offer on the back of kellogs cornflakes packets, you collected coupons and sent them away with a few £ p+p. I still have them and occasionally use them just for the fun of it. Over the course of the past 44yrs they've caught thousands of Mackerel and a fair few sea trout. Ah memories 😊

Awesome challenge vid Shroom, at my local, that's what I like about fishing that area. Never a dull moment lol.
A crazy person there, bream, flathead in the salt a Bass or two in the fresh.
All while getting locals consistently asking, can you catch fish in there, love the Parra.

I got the exact same rod and have been fishing for about 2 days and over my 2 day journey with this rod I’ve caught a few blowies but I had set it up with a weight hook and bait.

Love the video. I got recommended this 2 years 2 late but better late than ever
