No offense; but This is too complicated!

My phone has been on silence for 2 years, 24/7 but my kids can ring through! Go to their contact, hit edit then ringtone. Turn on emergency bypass!

I want to do something like this, but instead of a CALL, I want to allow certain NOTIFICATIONS to come through when my phone is on silent mode (not Focus). Is there a way to do this? Thank you. in advance.

What about Android?? This is not the solution we want. We want to be on silent mode. Vibrate mode. NOT do not disturb mode. And while on silent /vibrate we want select contacts to allow their calls to ring. Any help for this?

I have done all the settings you mentioned, but still receiving calls on do not disturb mode.
I don't want to receive any calls.

Sir on my Mac, I get calls from my emergency contacts on focus mode which I cannot avoid.
I have added my family members as my emergency contacts through the health app in iphone because I want their numbers to be visible from the lockscreen.
However I do not wish to receive call notifications from them if my Mac/ iphone is on focus mode.
On my Mac when I click on the option to allow only allowed contacts, it allows emergency contacts by default with no option to turn it off.
Is there a way to do this??
