I think it's worth noting that touchtone services work. Make sure that the phone call is the active window (I click on the small window that opens up on the top right) and go ahead and use the number keys to send the touchtone tones. As far as I can tell letters don't work but pound(#) and star(*) are simply Shift-3 and Shift-8 respectively​.

It would really be helpful for you to update this video, particularly for users who are using newer versions of IOS. There is no option
for iPhone cellular calls on the Settings Page for preferences. When I go to FaceTime there is no way to initiate a call that works, no way to dial a number. Again, an update would be very helpful. By the way, both devices are on the same iCloud account.

very important step ; before you do that, , make sure the factime is connected to the icloud account (go to facetime on your iphone and put the icould account there)
