Make and Receive Phone Calls in Windows 11 PC

This tutorial shows a step-by-step guide on how to make and receive phone calls from your Windows 11 PC.

To make and receive phone calls from your PC, you need to install the Phone Link app on your Windows 11 and the Link to Windows app on your Android device.

The Phone Link app does not currently support relaying a phone call from your Android device to a headset over Bluetooth.
