Yes, you read that right. Someone was...uh... courageous enough?... to put the APU from an XBOX One S onto a PC motherboard. Meet the AMD A9-9920... but is it any good?

I think that with this custom GPU you could try Linux with open source drivers. It's always worth a try with unussual cases or old AMD cards that can run Windows games better than on Windows with old drivers.

The XB1 GPU is a cutdown AM 7790, it has 768 instead of 896 with 12 active CUs instead of 14. The CPU is a close and it goes to show what developers are going through to optimize down to a processor this week.

the amd apus in 2013 and 2014 were pretty good . ipc they were on par with intel cpus however lacked l3 cache and core count which is what hurt them . amd should have released a 8 core version for fm2
