people still use bread bowls to this day, there’s a place near me called McAllister’s and they use a bread bowl for some of there stuff

Why show people making poffertjes when talking about waffles at 8:50? While poffertjes is also Dutch, it's not the same as waffles. They're more like a mini, mini pancake baked in a pan with near circular 'holes' where the batter is poured in. As soon as it has more or less solidified scooped around to bake the other side. Served with real butter and powder sugar and sometimes some fruits.
