Sony product are really impressive, I use them since the A7R II, then A7R III and now A7 IV. I Think they are the best and I thank them everyday for making my life as professional photographer and videographer easier than ever.
At the same time I'm always surprised by how low quality are the presentations of their products, it seems like a quick powerpoint presentation at school.
You can tell the same by the interface of the app for phone and computer.
It wouldn't be a great effort for a company like them. Look at how Apple presents products and then have a look at Sony products...
That been said A7R V seems like a great camera, I'm looking forward to try it!
