Looks like there are some fantastic updates to this camera. The new auto focus features are a welcome bonus to an already fantastic line up of cameras and stabilization seems to be vastly improved. I need to learn to be a better photographer before considering one of these cameras not that i would be able to afford one.

After seeing the early leaked specs I was hoping to upgrade my wildlife set up to the Sony A7 RV with the Sony 200-600 lens. Disappointingly, after watching a few hands-on reviews I've had to reassess my options.
The continuous shutter speed dropping down to 6 fps in uncompressed raw mode and 4 fps in silent compressed mode is far too slow for shooting birds in flight for my liking. OK you can reach 10 fps in compressed raw but why buy a 61mp camera if you have to dumb it down?
The memory cards being the more expensive and exclusive CF Express A instead of B version is also a big negative point.
Add that to the retail price in UK being the equivalent of over $500 more than in USA, for some unknown reason, then I shall now wait to see what Nikon or Canon have to offer.
