I recently watched your company’s YouTube videos and noticed some differences in the spiciness measurements for Tabasco samples tested with the Food Sence third and fourth generation devices. In the third generation, the sample's spiciness was 2785 SHU, while in the fourth generation, it was measured at 4214 SHU.
Would it be possible for you to further explain if these differences might be due to variations in the Tabasco samples? Additionally, are the spiciness results provided by your products objective and comparable to values from third-party laboratory tests?
