In the US in order for a Catholic exorcism to be done, the person has to be medically & mentally cleared by Dr's & psychiatrists &/or the priest needs to have "moral certitude" that it's not mental or physical. But, if someone is literally levitating or crawling up a wall, they have moral certitude then, too. They look for 3 things *priests, 1) knowledge of the uknown, like they know things about someone in the room which there's no way they'd know. If they are speaking in a language, they don't know (Aramaic, Latin & Greek are the most common) & superhuman strength & scary, but true!
