absolutely agreed on high intensity interval training . HIIT is much better than cardio i can feel the change in muscle definition of my body

Yuri, Thanks for the great Videos. I' am a barber, I stand up on average about 12 hours a day no breaks, there is many things I've done to help rehab my legs back etc, stretching is most important and posture I feel, I found your videos through your pnf stretching videos, by the way. Life changing. Thank you.
I have been trying to make sure I can loose weight and heal my muscles as best as possible and I took a good 3 hour watch through your videos, and from what your teaching, I understand why I have not had success.
From what I've gathered from your videos. Right when I wake up 4:30 ish, I should drink a shot of Raw organic apple cider vinegar and lime juice (my fav...is lemon better?) Then drinking about a nalgene bottles worth of water. Does cold or hot make a difference? (I'd probly do the lime acv with hot, and room temp for the second gulp) then after it settles a little I have a drink powder '' maximum vibrance '' basicly 22 grams of proteins plant based, priobiotics and all greens. Mix that with plain water and drink it down. (FOR VARIETY ALTERNATING WITH SPURILINA AND HEMPSEED OR JUST A PLANT BASED PROTEIN) Then let's call it 5:15 do a maybe a half spoon full of coconut oil? 5 minute warm up and a 20 minute intense testosterone building work out. Then stretch for a good 10 minutes while popping maybe 1 big date or green banana or so then shower. Meditation then bounce to work.
Maybe while at work and cutting. In between clients at about 845 9ish, maybe have a spoon full of peanut or almond butter, switching up proteins, HEALTHY FATS AND PROTEINS. Then around 12:00, going for a half hour fast pace walk speeding up slowing down. Then a good stretch, and for lunch some fresh greens with a light amount of avocado oil with green peppers, Or maybe a handful or almonds raw cacao and coconut flakes. Switching nut type daily. Maybe for the next a meal around 245 3 half a green banana or clementine with a mini scoop or peanut butter or almond. Butter. Then after cleaning up my station stretching andaround 530ish and maybe even eat a little clementine before leaving work to get the carbs in after stressing my muscles all day. Then at home at about 630 eating a quinoa or an ancient grain type carb with lentils or chic peas type or meal. With a fair amount of healthy carb kung fu nights, after the intense work out Maybe stretch focus on breathing and get a quick meditation in for healthy testosterone control, bringing stress down. But after kungfu....should I have a small handful of berries and a quaretreat portion of plant protein with water only? Or no? And for non kungfu just focusing on stretching. Also all day I'd be drinking about a galón of water spread out an hour after meals stopping a half before. Does this make sense? If you decided to read this Novel. Thank you also I'm vegan, not sure if that is advantage or disadvantage.

Yuri, I'm 44 and currently my T is 225. I am over weight just lost around 20 pounds have about 30 to go. I work out 4 to 6 times a week. 4 days a week I do Power Lifting moving heavy weights from 250 to 500 pds. I squat, deadlift and bench along with other things. My diet is so so could be better. But my doc wants to put me on TRT therapy. My T never seems to go up not matter how heavy or how hard I go at the gym. I eat peanut butter, I eat peacans, walnuts in my salads but still having zero luck. Stress is a bit of a problem but I really don't know how to relax. In fact I never learned how and don't even know what relaxing is. Can you give me any advice or suggestions on what I can do to get my T up healthy. Keep in mind I do suffer from Sleep Apnea and haven't successful solved this yet. From my understandings if I can't get my body to go into REM sleep then I can't produce T. And because Apnea causes disturbed sleep I'm also resetting my sleep pattern throughout the night therefore not allowing me to reach REM enough to product T. Thanks!

Bananas and beans (and garlic, etc...) can boost testosterone, they dont contain fat so low-fat can work - fat decreses your bodys energy so I wouldnt recomend it too much.
