Caveats: Hashimotos sufferers should be careful with cruciferous vegetables.
It’s necessary to eat saturated fats to help process vitamin d, so these should be added when following a “Mediterranean” diet. Those who have CAD (Cold Agglutinin) cannot take cold showers.

What is your recommended on taking supplement Liposomal Glutathione from Designs for health per year is 2 times per/ year is good or only once?
Is the liquid for better than sold dosages
because :
Right now I am doing a gentle or mild cleansing for my kidneys using juniperus

I have noticed Dr Weil and Dr Cunningham and other famous MD"s lamenting and writing about their wishing for items even more effective than NAC. I want to purchase the other supplements like the S-Acetyl L-Glutathione Capsules or the Liposomal Glutathione.
