How to use MENDELEY for citations and reference management

In this video, I explained how you can use Mendeley in your literature work. The process explained include: installation of the app, creating a free account, adding the extension to your browser and the citation plugin to Microsoft word.

When using the IEEE style and inserting citations as numbers in brackets, the references at the end are listed by their corresponding numbers and not alphabetically. How can I sort the references alphabetically and have the citation numbers in the text automatically updated?
