Referencing in Microsoft (MS) Word with New Mendeley Reference Manager

Thank you for the comprehensive video. I miss the ease of Alt-key shortcuts in entering a citation with the previous Mendeley Desktop app+Word Mendeley Cite-O-Matic pack. The new Mendeley Reference Manager+Word Mendeley Cite makes your hand go to the mouse and is so unergonomic and interruptive. This new one also clutters the window of Word so badly.

Please, can you help me solving this problem? i can't install Mendeley cite for Microsoft word. this is a screen shot for what appear when I try to install it for Word!!
i try to open 'adds-in' from 'File-options' and select 'Word Adds-in', but I didn't find the Mendeley setup folder in Partition C, although I already have setuped it and create an account on it, it seems as it wears magic hat..
please help me, thanks in advance
