Okay somewhat different use case but this is genuis for people struggling with depression/low on spoons. Such a great way to have fresh cooked healthy meals with as little effort as possible. Thanks for sharing such a great idea!

These are perfect for me to prep for my mother who has arthritis from lupus. I can prep them for her to dump in her slow cooker and have a nice meal for a few days and help her stay independent for longer- previous I've just been doing casserole dishes

Brilliant idea. Used to do something very similar for Bolognese, chicken curry, casseroles, fajitas, BBQ chicken & veg.
Only 3 of us, but my husband and l worked full-time so this took so much work out of dinner time.
I love my slow cooker. And now there's just us two....I'm loving my Airfryer too!

I was a single dad for 8 years before I met my missus and this was one of the few ways I could get enough time to make a proper home cooked meal, no t.v dinners in my house! I love this it's awesome 💪🎉🎉

This is a great idea! I’d probably sauté the mushrooms before adding since they can get mushy if frozen fresh. Doing so would also take up a little less space in the freezer.
