KALUA PULLED PORK SLOW COOKER / CROCK POT RECIPE

• Pork Loin
• 3 Tbsp Hickory Liquid Smoke
• Salt

Add all ingredients into a slow cooker & cook for 7-8 hours on low. Remove any excess fat & shred with two forks. Enjoy over a salad, in a taco, on top of nachos, as a sandwich, or just about any other way… you can’t go wrong with this one!! Yummmmm

I make a similar pork dish but use pork butt and verde salsa or green enchilada sauce, salt and cumin. Same cook time. When its done i do burrito bowls and use leftovers for taquitos or enchiladas. So good.

You can also add sliced cabbage in an hour before it’s finished. We use pork butt(shoulder) in place of the loin and serve it with rice. 🤙

For a more Polynesian flavor, swap mesquite instead of hickory for liquid smoke flavor.
