If you die you lose a small amount of your skills and drop a tombstone at the place you died that holds all your equipment you had upon death. This doesn't seem so bad, however, if the place you died is all the way across the map and you boated to get there and dont have the materials for a second boat...

oh, so i *don't* have to spend 90% of my playtime trying to find bits of food and water instead of doing fun stuff. that's nice :)

I was not a fan of survival games until I played this. I recommend this more for people who like coop. Having a camp of vikings all doing different jobs and building the camp up, is far too satisfying.

1:42 is straight up wrong.
Not actively eating and maintaining your actual health level's is detrimental to your character, so much so that you cannot expect to challenge even lower tier monsters without actively eating on a normal basis.
Seriously, even eating just normal tier food, to the point where you have eaten 3 different food's in the last 600 seconds, can be the difference between a success and defeat.

6:42 to 6:53, well it's an early access game so what exactly do you expect out of it?
A full version of the game, despite the fact that it is actively being worked upon to bring new content to it?
Even though it was just barely recently released?

Look, to summarize, Valheim can be quite difficult on your own as a soloplayer, which I am.

But if you happen to have friend's, it's a game in which you can easily have fun and share your own frustration's in.

I mean the game supposedly even has a "rescue" squad that you can enlist off of the internet to help you regain your stuff if you let them join your server?
If that's not a decent community I don't know what is.
