Finding Outliers & Modified Boxplots 1.5(IQR) Rule

In this video we learn to find lower outliers and upper outliers using the 1.5(IQR) Rule. Interquartile Range. We then take a standard boxplot, created with the five number summary, and modify it show the outliers.
