This is taken WORD FOR WORD from the article, “The Science of Sound In Serotonin, Neurotransmitters & Health, ” by Lance Schuttler. Credit should be given appropriately. ***UPDATE: The credit has finally been given to the original writer of this piece like it should have been given to in the first place. 🤓💗🙌🏽

I am Indigenous (North America) and whenever I go to pow wows I try and get right next to the drum where you can feel the heartbeat of Mother Earth. It lifts your spirit.

After waking up from a coma, only metal music would calm me down. I need loud sounds played synchronously to feel good. It's been 17 years since my accident, and I'm completely healed now. I can say for a fact that metal played a part in my healing. \m/

This is one rabbit hole i am glad i went down! I went from being overweight, depressed & suicidal less than a year ago to losing over 20lb (a total of 39lb if i go back more than a year), being able to quit anti depressants after 10 years of use as well as completely giving up alcohol 3 months now too. I meditate 4-5 times a week and fall asleep to a combination of binaural beats, schumann resonance or 432hz music every single night. I am able to lucid dream & have come very close to achieving astral projection. Vibrations and frequencies can have an incredible impact on your physical and mental health and i feel that, at 42 years old, i am living proof of this! There is so much information out there & so many benefits to doing the proper research - it doesnt happen overnight and there are of course many other things that need to be done in order to have a dramatic change occur but its 100% possible with a little bit of time and practice :)

The purpose of the Cathedrals was to use frequencies & to harness the healing effects of them

Spreading constructive information amongst people to develop better versions of themselves matters the most. Good job well done here.

Another thing that increases serotonin production is just singing along with any music if you just sing your serotonin production will increase

Nice video, but a bit basic in my experience and estimation. :) Here are some of my thoughts relating to my experiences with binaural beats:

--If you are serious about getting started quickly, USE your over-ear headphones, and to a lesser extent your earbuds. Keep in mind that the primary brain stimulation IS electrical, not just acoustic. It has been proven that the easiest way to entrain a brain at any frequency is with over-ear headphones. Earbuds might be too low-voltage and/or rely on air tubes for the lower frequencies, and while moving air will produce the sound, it doesn't entrain the brain anywhere near as quickly as simple over-ear headphones can. And yes, you can do isochronic training, if you're either deaf in one ear or have no headphones, but it is MUCH more time-consuming.
--Starting at Alpha waves is the safest and highest-percentage way to go. It's that simple. You will notice it working when your thoughts go quiet and you're just there, eyes open, just awake, not really thinking anything in particular. This is the baseline--this is where most people wake up in the day. You open your eyes and if things work, if you're reasonably healthy at all, you're in Alpha.
--In general, if you use headphones for entrainment, there will be a fuzzy, bubbly static noise that seems to be in between your ears, and in your head, for a few minutes after you're done. This is natural and a sign it worked.
--Theta in general CAN be beneficial, but you have to be more careful with it. Theta waves are what the brain naturally produces when you're in deep concentration, extended meditation or _Hypnotic Trance._ Essentially if you can entrain in Theta Waves you can be hypnotized, and potentially made suggestible. Use this wisely and make sure you know what's going into your head as you entrain Theta waves, either by yourself or ONLY with trustworthy people.
--Beta waves really don't need entraining. They are where most people already are once they're awake and active in their day. They are a reflection of thought. You're doing things in Beta and it shows. Entraining more Beta can make you anxious, give you headaches, racing thoughts and keep you awake at night. Beta waves = "You are here." Pretty much.
--Delta waves naturally happen when you're in deep, dreamless sleep. One big feature of entraining Delta while you're awake is that if you don't fall asleep, you'll lose track of things. Big things, like your time, your own body, where you are, what you were doing. You don't want to multi-task this with driving a vehicle. Some people claim to have developed out-of-body experiences this way, but that's not really been consistently researched. Dreaming? That's more of a hybrid of Delta and Theta activity.
--Likewise you need to be CAREFUL with Gamma entrainment. It is intense. Gamma waves happen naturally when you are under pressure or distress. They occur when you're being tested, challenged, or threatened. Entraining Gamma Waves can make you feel anxiety or panic almost immediately. So why do it? Because Gamma is also what happens during moments of _creativity._ When you improvise you are in a Gamma state. You will know you've entrained Gamma correctly when you either a) get a splitting headache, or b) feel a "unicorn effect", meaning you feel a projected presence like a taut cord, rod or plank sticking straight out of your forehead. It is freaky and not for newbies in binaural beats.

Sorry to go on so much, but if you look up "binaural beats" on YouTube you will find a LOT of videos and a LOT of hype too, bordering on fan-fiction and misinformation. It's important that you have at least some understanding of what's going on with some of these keyword-spamming videos and how they work (hint: they might use a lot of Delta and Theta entrainment to make you suggestible, so you'll believe it worked, whatever it was and regardless of whether, rationally, it COULD HAVE worked). Know what people are trying to put into your head please--that's the informed part of Informed Consent after all. :) Good luck and happy hunting.

Regardless of who developed this information, these are extremely powerful words. Thank you for sharing them in this video. I never would have read the article by Lance Schuttler, but am grateful for any and all humans who created this content!

I’m getting chills thinking about my childhood. I would continuously hum while playing and would let my eye teethe rest lightly on each other and have always been able to recognize when the frequency would harmonize and in my mind made a flat surface when they aligned. Crazy! I’ve not thought much about what I was doing till now. Wow! 🤯

All of the old temples had cymatic symbols on them. These cymatic symbols represented the frequency that the temple was built for. Pilgrimages were people traveling from temple to temple activating their rna.

Cathedrals usually have giant pipe organ assemblies. The knobs, bells, and whistles on the organ control panel, if used correctly, can allow the sound waves to be manipulated and a dense sound wave Bubble can be created and moved around the entire cathedral, it's really just an intersecting point of convergence between the sound waves reflecting around the church which are in some cases built with acoustic tuning involved.

Good to be reminded of this. I first read of it in the early 90s and made my own 'binaural beat' music on a synthesizer by setting the same note on two keys, panning one hard left and one hard right; de-pitching one note to a certain degree to create the required wave form difference between the ears. Recorded that to a cassette-tape and used to meditate to it via headphones ... Hmmm, might still have the tape somewhere!

Some music gets me SO hyped up, if I'm driving I need to almost pull over. I get CRAZY and want to dance and sing and join the band. I get HYPED up like no one else.

binaural beats:
frequency, brainwave name, chemical messenger name, benefits:

• 8-14 hz alpha increases serotonin (relaxation, pain relief, addiction recovery)

• 4-8 hz theta increases catecholemines (learning, synchronizing left & right sides, addiction recovery)

• 0.5-4 hz delta increases HGH [human growth hormone], melatonin, & DHEA (fall asleep quicker, repair/recovery from exercise/injury/physical stress, production, anti-aging)

Two years ago. My trauma therapist suggested Binaural beats to help aid in my recovery from trauma. I am recovering By leaps and bounds. I listen to a couple different ones daily. I’m not on any medications anymore. I am no longer experiencing night terrors either I can BE out in a crowd of loud people and NOT freak out anymore . I am still cautious, but relaxed now. I am so grateful for psycho acoustic medicine and what it has truly done for me.

Interesting video. Also interesting is the fact that the ancient Indians knew this thousands of years ago. They long spoke off the impact of sounds/vibrations on the body. Hence the mantras, chants, and OM.

I had a major infarction / stroke the day after a full dose of radiation on a brain tumour.
Couldnt walk properly or dress / feed myself...it took a few months but I dont have any really visivle deficits and used video games...binaural beats etc..both sides of my brain...balance.
Its interesting to see the damage on one side of my brain yet be aware that the actual workings are fine...even with the extra blood vessels everywhere.
This is such interesting information to help understand what I use and how it works.
Stay well everyone

I’m starting to believe my phone can take my thoughts and presents them to me in a show or commercial. I don’t need to talk about a certain subject and it’ll pop up on my feed. I can just think it and it’ll be there.
