In a nutshell:

1. Lower blood pressure level
Studies suggest that dark chocolate may have a positive effect on reducing blood pressure.
Endothelial cells, which create a thin membrane inside the heart and blood vessels, help control the vascular system and keep your body’s blood flowing.

2. Improved mood
One of the components found in dark chocolate is theobromine. Theobromine is structurally quite similar to caffeine, its sister chemical.
Theobromine, when consumed in larger amounts, can cause a dip in blood pressure, excitability and give energy.
This energy can be followed by a crash, leading some critics to tout chocolate as a dangerously addictive substance.

Better brain function
Only lately has chocolate been studied for its benefits to human cognition. This study delves into the cognitive benefits of chocolate consumption.
High intake of high-quality chocolate enabled improvements in cognitive processing, visual-spatial awareness, abstract reasoning, scanning, working memory, and improved Global Composite scores.

Better heart health
The cocoa flavonoids present in dark chocolate are good for the heart. It can boost heart health and reduce the likelihood of heart disease considerably.
Flavanols, a chemical compound also found in fruits and vegetables that have been found to improve blood flow at the cellular level, leading to lower blood pressure

Curbed cravings
If you think chocolate only benefited one from diseases, think again!
Dark chocolates can keep you full for a longer spell as they have a high satiety value.
Most dark chocolate is lower in sugar than milk chocolate, and some brands are dairy-free.
That means the average person can include some in their diet regularly and reap the health benefits.

Better skin
The flavonoid antioxidants have endless benefits. The flavanols in chocolate may also help prevent your skin from sun damage.
These compounds improve blood flow, skin thickness, and hydration.
Eating dark chocolate gives you a smoother skin texture, 25% less skin redness when exposed to the sun, and prolonged skin hydration.

Weight loss
Ever since the Mayans and Aztecs discovered chocolate, people have been looking for a way to lose weight.
While there’s no easy fix, moderate amounts of dark chocolate can encourage weight loss.
Dark chocolate helps to control appetite and reduce cravings because it helps balance out blood sugar due to its rich flavanols.

Healthy hair
Dark chocolate has ample benefits for your scalp and hair too! It increases your hair volume.
Minerals like copper, iron, and zinc in dark chocolate enhance cell growth and increase blood flow to the skin and scalp, facilitating the better transfer of nutrients to the cells.
It leads to healthier, stronger hair. Improved circulation also helps fight hair loss.
Dark chocolates also improve hair quality.

A old doctor i recently been to for a different opinion after exam gave me a piece of dark chocolate with almonds. He said heres a treat for being good. I said but wait, im type 2 and he said trust me young man, im 53, you can have this every day and it can over time help your A1c as long as you also eat a healthy diet. He swears by it. I miss the old docs they always knew the best home remedies and didn't push pills. Also they spent time with you in the office and not 2 minutes and push you out.

Also try to find organic chocolate which is, in most cases, not processed with alkali aka not Dutched cocoa.

Endangered Species brand 88% Dark Chocolate. Has a black panther on the cover. Most of the money from sales helps wild life/endangered animals and I believe it's organic as well. It's a good company to support.

I have been eating 2 to 4 squares of 86-92% dark chocolate every morning for many years...because I like it. That and a couple of pieces of toast go good with my coffee. Not sure about all of those health benefits, but I did turn 80 a couple of weeks will continue eating my dark chocolate for as long as of the time I eat the Sam's bars from Walmart. They taste very good to me and are not expensive. Dark chocolate does not have a lot of sugar so I am not concerned about the sugar it does

Remember to mention in your video that dark chocolate also has very high levels of cadmium and lead. And you didn't say that some dark chocolates are treated to improve colour and reduce bitterness, thereby reducing their healthy antioxidant levels by a considerable margin.
I would think that these are some very important key points of information on dark chocolates today.

So lately they tested 25 different brand of dark chocolate and found in 18 manufacturers even 160% more heavy metals than normally allowed. What we do with that :(
