Man who lunged at Las Vegas judge sentenced to prison time by same judge he attacked last week

Deobra Redden walked into Clark County District Court Judge Mary Kay Holthus' courtroom wearing, shackles, spit mask and gloves while handcuffed for his sentencing for a felony battery charge stemming from a baseball bat attack last in 2023.

It seems as if a different judge should have given this sentence. What's the chance of this judge who got jumped in public view, can or will be fair and objective. The guy was wrong, and so is the judicial system for allowing the opportunity off impartiality to be an issued.
