Currently, I haven't played him in awhile. But your tactical suggestion still remains with me, I have used with other players and also found success!

No-spin push means attackable push. With the proper technique, you can easily attack such shots. All you have to do is wait a little bit for the push that's just high enough. Then use the wrist (back bh or fh) to attack.

I struggle against short backspin push players. The ball is too close to the net for me to do a proper forehand topspin. The ball ends up either going straight into the net or over the table. Your help would be appreciated!
