I've never been able to put into words HOW I get things done, I've always just done them, so reading your newsletters and listening to your audio book has helped me find the words to help my clients, it's a blessing. Thank you

Just heard the principle of aggregation of small habits and repetitions and I am positively impacted. Looking forward to put this principle to practice.

Thank you. I appreciate your efforts so much. It’s helping me out as a reminder played in the background while I do mundane stuff - helps my ADD. I’m learning to be less easily daunted and scattered by stuff, after only a few days of implementation; especially the 2 minute idea has been excellent.

that compounding improvement is way way too unrealistic. It takes more and more energy/resources to improve 1% the farther down the road. Otherwise, every successful company would be mega huge companies due to consistent improvements. But nope, they always hit a plateau

It’s always the same story in all of James Clear videos. The cycling story...over and over and over. 😕

You are not clear with your thoughts. Few examples like the British cycling team would not help a person in developing good habits. Contents of this book is really pathetic, very very difficult to understand and implement in normal life. No one is able to summarize the book atomic habits. I have wasted my crucial time to read this bullshit. Very badly written book.
