When I started playing ER, I got 100 hours into a game, and then the game corrupted my save file. 100 hours lost. Tech support basically said f off. Well fuk you ER, I am duping a bunch of saves and making all the characters now. You are a lifesaver.

so, idk if its just me, but when i create another save, i only have one save file, instead of it creating a new one.

i have come upon a problem, i created two new characters in order to overwrite them with the "elden lord", I did it for both of the new characters but once I got into the game none of them had been overwritten and were still the same starter characters, but every save editing software for elden ring sees the save as having the two overwritten characters while they don't show up ingame, I have no idea what caused this or how to fix this.

has anybody else experienced this???

Good thing the save program on Github doesnt have 1: an installer 2: a sketchy exe that trips off every possible warning on windows.

There is way too many missing variables here. How did you install the save copier in the first place? ? Is it just a standalone application, or do you need to install it in the game directory/exe file mod manager, or what? ?

I'm just trying to use the mod that gives me their cute face preset. I want to start a new game & pick/have their face preset, & then make changes to say like eye color, body & so forth ONTOP of their preset, while starting a new game of my own. The mod author says....

First, make a backup of your save data.After downloading my save data, use Elden Ring Save copier to copy the save data.
Start the game, load my save data and save the appearance on the character create screen.
Load the saved appearance into your character and you're done.

The mod author isn't very articulate in explaining the installation process & how to use the face preset, so i was wondering if you could explain 1. the proper way to install the Save Copier & also what the mod author wants me to do after that. It's very confusing.

Hey chief I plan to use this to play through as normal but not over level my character (like ive done with my main save) so that I can still enjoy some healthy low sl pvp. Do you play online with this save? If it’s like ds3 then items being added shouldn’t flag a ban (unless cut content). Have you played with this save online? Cheers for all your hard work.

Hey man, can you upload a new save where you drop the runes? The latest save only has runes in inventory but not enough to level 99 everything.

Did you get your copy of Elden Ring legally... ? Your video answers what I actually need right now which is keeping a copy of my first run before going for my first NG+. The issue I have with your video is that it doesn't show how the game reacts to Steam and its Cloud while using "Nexus" (are you even using Steam for Elden Ring ?).

I can't risk getting banned, that's why I'm pretty wary, right now... Thanks in advance.

What's crazy is I follow all the steps I can, but even though I've created another character/save file I can't see that extra save in the folder?! Just the original... wtf

earlier, before getting this save my performance was better but after setting up the save file my performance dipped I'm not sure why, I checked everything.
