satan told all the angels that God is not a good leader, so God let him shows that satan himself is wrong and if God destroys him, this could result to the other angels thinking that satan was right or God is scared of satan.. My thoughts..

God didn't kill satan immediately because in the garden of eden satan lied to eve about god and the consequences of eating the fruit from the tree of knowledge. By him doing this he called into question God's right to rule and his sovereignty. He did it by tell her that god lied to her and Adam about the consequences of eating the fruit from the tree of knowledge and said that if she did eat from the tree of knowledge she would become like god knowing good and bad and wouldn't need god for anything and would be able to make her own decisions and do anything that she wanted without God's help or guidance. So god has allowed time to take place and over the years it has shown that satan lied big time. And that in order for us to have life liberty and happiness we need to listen to god and follow his ways. Because he always knows what is best for us.

Jesus didn't see anything, and there is no such thing as free will, and God made Satan on purpose for a test that's why he didn't kill him. And the devil never rebels against God. All that's a strong sent delusional written lie.
