I have to say, I'm really tired of the "gotcha" questions that people want to throw. Not because they're hard to answer generally, but because they're not usually made with the hope of conversation. They're usually thrown in order to attack and destroy.

"If I knew someone was going to hurt a child, I would stop them."

I wonder if she echoes that regarding the intentional murder of innocent, distinct, complete, and defenseless babies in the womb?

The longer I'm a Christian the more I understand the "silence" or "hesitance" of God. So many times we're asking questions like hers and I just picture God in His infinite lovingkindness, wisdom, patience and control gently smiling and saying "Just wait my son, just wait."

a lot of people ask these questions not for an answer, but because they want to feel superior over God. This will ultimately be their downfall.

I just love how these twenty-somethings get so excited thinking they're the first person to discover something that occurs to literally almost every kid between the ages of 5 and 9.

I think a big part of the premise if this question is the assumption that if God killed Satan, people wouldn't sin anymore. Satan may tempt, but ultimately people are responsible for choosing to sin.

I realize it seems harsh to many people, as it did to me when I was an atheist, but as I have matured I think it's pretty cool that, considering the reality that there IS such a thing as evil, God is able to do good things not in spite of evil but, with the ASSISTANCE of evil. That is profoundly beautiful and goes to HIS brilliance, wisdom, patience, etc etc.
A favorite example of mine is, at the cross, where they thought they were mocking Him with the sign over His head, when they were, in fact, identifying Him.

“Why doesn’t God stop evil?”

*Commands the killing of the evil, baby sacrificing Canaanites*

“Omg how could God command killing?”

As a former atheist I remember being this way. It is hubris and ignorance. I assumed because I had questions/objections like "who created God?" that it meant somehow that these were unanswerable slams that definitely disproved theism, as if I was the ONLY person to ever think any of this through in thousands of years. Truth is, I decided when I was very young that God didn't exist and I NEVER looked into any of it, because I wasn't actually searching for the truth. Instead, I wanted to be able to sin and not have to worry about any ultimate consequences. And yet, at the same time, get the satisfaction of believing myself a "free thinker" above all the ignorant fools who believed in God. As it turned out, I was humbled beyond belief, and realize that I was the fool. I realized that there were entire books written on all of my objections, and even objections that I never even thought of. I found satisfactory answers to all of my objections, and all I had to do was look.

I watch a lot of your videos, Mr. B, but this one was a true knock out. Really hit close to home. Being a broken person and recognizing that brokenness, yet still being forgiven and loved in spite of it. Truly the heart of God is the most beautiful thing. Thank you for the reminder of this truth. God bless you and yours.

Great job man. I’ve watched a good handful of your videos and you have a great grasp of the Bible. Keep up the good work.

I like how you started your defence of scripture "I don't know" because it is true. I too am a Christian apologist and sometimes we rush to give an answer based upon what we think even though we would be using our knowledge of scripture to do so. "I don't know" simply says that ONLY God can know what is in the mind of God and we will need to wait for that day when we see God "face to face" to get answers to questions we may presently have. Hopefully on that Great Judgement Day we will be sheep and not goats.

Most atheist TikToks express a blatant disregard on the atheist's part to investigate their own questions for even the smallest amount of time before posting. Anyone can find the reasonable answer to this question, it isn't even hard, or complicated. It's all for the views, and attention. Hardly ever are these TikToks based in a genuine desire to learn.

Answer for the question to consider:

She says God didnt kill Satan, and hasn't for a "long time" and posits this as a problem.

From God's perspective it might be that God has/will crush Satan almost immediatly. Our perspective on time is by no means authoritative in this sense.

We spring up like grass in the morning and are gone by dusk. What does it even mean for us to complain about God for not acting to our timetable?

Thank you M. B, you have given me some good questions and answers for witnessing to unbelievers. I never have them have an instant light bulb moment, but I do know that I am called to obedience to witness, God will work on their hearts. Praise God!

That was awesome and hilarious…”I don’t need Satan to sin; I am more than capable of doing that on my own” lol

I would’ve started with, “For the same reason God lets you live; His glory.”
