Sorta. Quantum level teleportation, uses entanglement; where 2 particles (ie. electrons) are the same except spin and position. If you affect one, the other instantly (no time variable) responds equally. In effect, you're recording, the properties of every particle in object A. Then agitate them (converting to energy); send the energy/ information to agitate object B's particles for identical assembly. The original particles aren't eliminated, but dissociated now like object B's originally.

super and simple concise explanation thank you

you're getting "warmer"; it's about taking the original particles of object "A" and agitating their superposition partners (same in every aspect except spin and position). The agitation in the context of all the particles of object "B" will be assembled identically as the first object. "A's" particles were converted to energy which after using them for the energy information; after "B's" assembly they remain as particles, but not in the original configuration.
Did that help?

Great explanation for understanding QC applications!

What you said is correct; however, what you are talking about is quantum teleportation. Quantum teleportation transports information instantly, whereas teleportation transfers matter instantly. The problem is that teleportation doesn't really have a chance of existing. Quantum teleportation already exists, the problem is due to the Heisenberg uncertainty principle, you would not be able to measure the position and momentum of all the atoms of the original object, thus it could not be replicated.

The most energy efficient and stable state is always formed; force fields can direct wave orientation.

If we could precisely view and measure quantum particles could we perhaps observe those involved in the makeup of a particular biological structure and then find an entangled set, in a totally different 'time' and then teleport that structure?

In other words effective time travel without violating physical laws?

I think in short he is saying using the quantum theory of quantum locking (were atoms become entangled and have to follow each others EXACT MOVEMENT) and using this they can measure and distinguish objects, Thus they can send it so some type of machine that can build organic materials in seconds would receive this information in bands of 1's and 0's creating a 3d copy of your self in its "head" remaking you to the atom thus remaking you thus no memory loss thus no heads replacing feet

Umm, that's a deceptively simple question. The short answer is no; with our current (yet fairly extensive) understanding you'd have an identical copy with the entangled particles making the identical copy on the "receiving" end. It'd seem like the original reappeared, but on the quantum level, the copy would still be that.
Also the idea of turning the original's particles into energy and simply reassembling them makes it equally as difficult to control exact reassembly on the receiving end.

i had this idea, please tell me if this is plausible.... if we could create the anti spin of every atom in a body at another location, using quantum entanglement you change either the body or the "anti body" spin and it will transfer immediately all information to the other body

Just for the record: The pyramids were communication & transportation devices similar to your thinking. Let me explain in basic terms, The PYRAMIDS were built in the earths "B" field magnetic force. They would use the "B" field to vibrate with sound and it would traverse the magnetic field of earth as same. I believe the 8 sided pyramids were far more sophisticated and provide instantiations transportation through galaxy

Is there any theoretical limit to the distance between entangled particles?

if we ever achieve quantum teleportation.
will it be weaponized as weapon?
would it possible for you to send a Nuke through the quantum teleport?

Does this carry our conscious if it’s carried out in a macroscopic scaled? Then there will be two copies of the same conscious?

i think we should be thinking more about folding space/time between the points.

Good point, but it's still about energy involved and controlling the reaction.

The amount of public misinformation regarding superposition, entanglement and teleportation is staggering and unfortunate.
Nothing is really being teleported. They have two "entangled" particles acting as a solution key. Entangled just means identical in phase or mirrored form their point of origin. This means they give the same results when observed/broken/reacted with. Say they have a value of '4', react with a '1' and a '3' is observed, react the other with a '3' and you're left with "1"...

Why does joint measurement don't cause the wave function to collapse?
