Can I Make A Crunch Wrap Better Than Taco Bell?

A lot of you wanted it after seeing my short. So here it is. The longer version of the crunch wrap. There’s really not much cooking in this one. Its more about the assembly of good ingredients. Easy for anyone to make!

I have a neighbour that is Mexican and they had a bottle of the Valentina. Absolutely fell in LOVE with it. Now got a bottle of the hotter version!

Don't look too closely at the first ingredient of Cacique Pork Chorizo unless pork salivary glands and fat are what you crave. Pay the extra dollar for the Cacique PREMIUM pork chorizo made with actual pork meat. Or buy a different brand or make your own.

Oaxaca cheese is not available in my country. Google suggests mozzarella as an alternative.
Does anyone know whether that would work, or advise of better alternatives that are available in UK, please?
