20 Minute Dumbbell Unilateral HIIT Workout
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds rest one after the other for 2 straight rounds = Total Workout Time 20 Minutes

1. One Arm DB Swings 30x2
2. One Arm Chest Press to Skull Crushers
3. DB Clean to Reverse Lunge
4. Loaded DB Ab Crunches
5. Single Biceps Curls
6. Single Bent Over rows
7. Single Racked Squats
8. Single Shoulder Tripe Raise
9. Single Side T-Raise Rotation with DB
10. Thrusters/Mountain Climbers
