Great Video on how to replace the Headlight assembly guys! If your low or high beam bulbs just need to be replaced then you only really need to do step 1 in this video. Remove the black trim piece push pins and trim piece. Then remove the windshield washer fluid filler neck on drivers side. Just pull up on it pops right out..stuff a paper towel wad in fluid reservoir hole so nothing falls in there. Twist those light socket hole covers off then twist the bulb out unplug it and replace it. Then put everything back together and you're done.

This is pure ridiculous and by design to make everything non user serviceable. Have to dismantle a car to replace a bulb, which used to be a few minute job.

Please note that this is for changing out the headlight assembly, not just the bulbs.

I just changed bulbs on both sides in less than three minutes.

Just reach in, remove covers, unplug bulbs,
plug in new ones, replace covers

Done.

Good video. Honestly though on my 2013 Buick Lacrosse, I didn't even have to take the cover off (step 1). The headlight compartment is accessible without removing anything unless you have very large hands.

Do not rely on this video. This is what a dealer shop would do when they charge by the hour. Your real mechanic, the mom and pops honest mechanic, will show you really how to do it.
