What I saw when removing the bumper is to not pull the bumper straight out, you will break the bumper clips. Instead grab a flat srew driver, look closely and Push Down on each black plastics that is holding the bumper clips. And carefully while pushing down the black plastics, remove the bumper as you go.

You should also put a link to buy replacement bumper clips. Because some will likely break, mine did.

Thanks for the info. Not difficult if you have the tools for the job. Make sure you take out the correct plastic pins underneath so you don’t struggle taking off the bumper. I’m a Weekend warrior with harbor fright tools lol. About 2 hours to do by myself

For those in the comments, this is to replace the entire headlight housing, not a bulb, you can do that without taking off the bumper haha

For people who bought the wrong headlight assemblies where the DRL is a 3 pin vs 2 pin. You can either cut the wires on the harness and the assembly and connect direct or de-pin the connector and find the correct connector which is what Im going to do. You can leave it unplugged for the meantime.
Job isn’t that hard. I just let my bumper hang down below.
