THE GYM ISN’T THERAPY BUT… #shorts

While the gym may be therapeutic, it's not therapy.

People get pretty defensive when I say that, but let's break it down.

Going on a walk is therapeutic,
but it's not therapy.

Journaling is therapeutic,
but it's not therapy.

Playing animal crossing is therapeutic,
but it's not therapy.

The gym has plenty of incredible physical and mental benefits, but it still isn't therapy.
