Another thing people don’t think about, is how unbelievable difficult it is to walk out and keep that bar from wiggling horizontally. That’s a regular ass 45 lb bar. I had it happen once with 585ish lbs and it scared me half to death. Can’t even imagine at 1000+lbs

How do you continue to tighten the core while lifting? I tried the belt but it was not working well.
I am unable to focus on tightening my core and lifting with good form the same time.
Please help me with this
