My biggest critique of fitness influencers is that they rarely include exercises in the frontal and transverse plane. It’s always just deadlifts, lunges, and squats. But human beings move in many different ways. We need to train in more than one motion.

Martial artists do this one for warm up too, doing them for high reps is a decent workout too!

I usually Cossack squat as a warm-up before every leg day. It takes some getting used to because I would often fall over trying to squat deep in the early days.

underrated for sure. some people find it more comfortable to not point your feet up like myself. try both and see what you like. also if you want to try barefoot I recommend a mat or softer surface for your heel.
