Haha! The first thing I noticed in the thumbnail was the raised shoulders. I'm a very casual runner, and that's one thing I always struggle with. Thanks for sharing this info, man!

HellahGood your the running Guru I swear!! Im defo going to work on improving my arm motion, and the lean forward. I feel so comfortable on my runs thanks to you and my new altra paradigm 6, like running on clouds, yours look great to! This has got to be the most efficient and comprehensive need to know about running, I could saved years of bad form if I found you earlier.

I decided that I wanted to be able to run a 5k by the end of the year. Right now I can only jog two minutes at a time. I never realized growing up that there was a proper running form. It's interesting how different it is from what I thought! Very informative video I will be implementing your tips as much as I can moving forward.

Can’t tell you how much I appreciate your knowledge. Can you please do a video on cadence. I always try to stay at a 180 cadence which is good and bad. Good because I think it reduces my injuries but bad because ego to stay there pushes me too hard.
