Sushi has always been convenient, because they’re easy to make once you have all of the ingredients on one setting. I personally prefer cheaper sushi, because it’s affordable and they can be pretty tasty, as long as the quality of them is good enough.

YES bro thank you. Someone said it. I went to a Michelin starred omakase in LA last year and the experience was very cool, but the sushi just didn’t fit my palate. There are some really great made-fresh-to-order, all-you-can-eat sushi places near me for 20 bucks a person that I far prefer over the expensive stuff. I love sushi but fancy sushi just ain’t it for me. It feels validating to hear another lover of food agree.

Cheap sushi is always better. Since price is the only given factor. Good snd quality sushi is often worth the extra price.

Everybody's right on this one. Personally, if I'm getting straight sashimi, I want to spend bank $$$. But for the rolls with all the sauces, add ons, crispy fried, I want cheap everytime.

I feel with certain types of food it depends on where you go. For all types of food, there’s a way to go where it’s not dealing crazy damage to your wallet’s HP but super effective in taste and prep

I think it depends..i've had amazing cheap sushi rolls. But like, if i see the rice and it looks hard or it looks like playdoh, then heck no. No amount of kewpie can save that!

cheap sushi is always amazing, if the place is trusted. I have a great place near me and I love their sushi and you get 3 per choice for $6-$10 depending on whether it is a specialty sushi.

In North Carolina I used to always go to a place called Rusans that would do all you can eat sushi. It was bastardized but still delicious, even the fried stuff.

Really depends on the quality. But most of the time is impossible to get decent quality at a low price.
