the setup is simple, i already have sky hd with the twin cable, so why am i being forced to have an engineer visit to set the sky q box up, its all wired the same way

the box is much better but the Sky Q UI is a step backward what were sky thinking, seems to me its designed to increase advert viewing. A linear search wheel over a grid? Obviously slower, tv guide has also lost 25% viewing area with 50% screen for the actual shows... our engineer warned us its impossible to delete recordings too once they build up as there is no delete all or delete viewed, delete series option anymore. If sky update the UI in the future we will be more happy its horrible compared to the old Sky HD User Interface..
