Thanks to previous comments, I found what the Hold button was ( red button) and the Panasonic code 0878. Worked and I now have volume on my Sky remote yaaay!

Worked for me on LG OLED tv. I pressed tv button, then select (big middle button) at the same time as the red button (2 red flashes) and then put 0206 in then tv then select (did that a couple of times) and gave up as it was late at night. Next day my volume and mute buttons were working! Thank you as it’s been driving me crazy
