Research Suggests SHAMANIC Drug Use in Bronze Age MENORCA

Показать описание
My headline story this week is about a new scientific paper which reports on traces of alkaloids being found in hair from a Bronze Age burial site in Menorca. These alkaloids suggest the use of mind-altering substances possibly for use in shamanic rituals. I also discuss a planned underwater archaeological survey off the coast of Croatia, a new technique for analysing bones and two interesting Bronze Age finds from England.
