Patrick! Thank you so much for all your invaluable work! Could you make a "systems" video on pointers into how to improve and set up better systems in our businesses? Maybe with detailed examples and common pitfalls and things to watch out for?

Thank you!

Excellent tips on how to scale any business. The idea to "Leverage" is paramount, ironically this concept has been discussed by both the Pastor of my church here in Phoenix and my business mentor. I am leveraging the insight and wisdom from your videos to incorporate within my business. Thanks for all you do for entrepreneurs and may you be blessed with double (2x) growth with
in your firm in 2016! Happy New Year my friend:)

Some give great advice, some donate money but very few of them build future.
You are doing all of them.

Hats off.

Itd be great to do a deep dive into the mind and mentality it takes to scale. Transitioning from doing it yourself mindset to delegating. The risk that comes from scaling, protecting downside and how the nature of the problems you'll face are different or the same compared to the doing it yourself mindset

leverage and a scalability, yes personality and a good product is not enough.
