I wish we could get a steady stream of this content. Feels like forever in between full episodes. Enjoying the show. Thanks!

This is awesome. I’d love to hear advice on how to grow and manage a residential real estate sales business (recruiting/managing other agents, etc.).

If the 60k is from the business after expenses and taxes are withheld, I would take 15k, and I would use it to potentially grow. And 9k to 12k for war chest/business emergancy fund, that's 24 to 27k of the 60k set aside. That leaves 33 to 36k you put towards whatever you are in babys steps personally.

I like the after expenses and 25% tax withheld, set aside 25% for growth and upkeep 15% to 20% war chest and rest to you model. That way, you don't end up behind digging yourself out of trouble that may pop up or unable to pivot when needed. That 25% can be used or saved up for goals to grow the business. And the 15 to 20% is there for a continuously growing rainy day fund. What's left is all you it's your real income from the business.
