Try Aalur Bharta (Mashed Potatoes Indian🇮🇳 Way🥻🙏🏻) once, I bet you will love this recipe.
I have written the recipe below 👇🏻
• Cut 400 grams of potatoes 🥔 into small pieces, and boil until the potatoes are soft .
• While the potatoes are cooking, finaly chop the coriander leaves 🌿 (4-6 leaves), green chillies🟢🌶️(2-3 chillies), onion 🧅(1 medium size).
• Mash the potatoes And mix chopped coriander leaves 🌿chopped green chillies 🟢🌶️ chopped onions 🧅 salt 🧂 mustard oil ✨
• And Enjoy it 🤤

We eat with Rice 🍚 and Masoor Dal or Mung Dal (Lentils) 🫘 (Typical Bangali Way🤤❣️✨)

Out of this world 🌍 😘🤌🏻💋

I am so disappointed in Food Network for canceling Valerie. One of the few I actually watch. Really disgusted she isn't going to be on kids baking show either. She is so warm, natural and easy to watch. So many are unnatural and try to hard.
