Recipe

1 Can of San Marzano Tomatoes
1 Garlic Bulb
300 grams of Cherry Tomatos
2 Boxes of Gnocchi
1 Ball of Fresh Mozarella
5 Leaves of Basil
Peccorino Romano
Parmesiano Romano
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper

1. In a tray combine add your can of tomatoes and cherry tomatoes, add a bulb of garlic with the top cut off and drizzle olive oil, add salt, and pepper. And bake at 350 for 25 minutes
2. While your waiting grab a big pot fill with water and put to a boil. Once boiling add your gnocchi and let it cook for 3 minutes. It's done when they float to the top.
3. When the matos are done roasting take out the oven and throw everything in a blender til well combined, this is your sauce.
4. Grab a cast iron, add your gnocchi, add your sauce, add your chopped fresh basil, grate pecorino, grate parmesan, then add your mozzarella slices, and finish off with more chopped basil.
5. Bake ate 410 for 20 minutes or until the mozzarella is melted.
6. Cool for 5 minutes and serve. Top it off with more parm and enjoy!
