Key points:
1. Decide if you’ve done a sufficient amount of foundational strength work (be honest with yourself)

2. Decide on your goals and your own training style archetype - do you want to improve with freestyle? High reps of pull-ups? Statics? Or even combinations?

3. Start to program your training in cycles. First, high volume with low intensity (here form will not be perfect as we are going longer sets) then after a defined period of time, convert to a strength phase with lower volume and higher intensity (you will now try to improve the form a lot as sets will be shorter). Repeat this and notice anything you need to change or work on during this time.

4. Get your diet and sleep in order. The leaner you are the easier body weights movements will be (keep in mind everyone had a bodyweight they have the best performance at and this can even change over time)

i first know about this method of training from dailong, i saw in his hightlight that he train around 8 set of planche combo and rest for 5 to 7 minutes. the combo will consist of doing Push, Press and Hold that include Planche Push to press to Hold. Im doing this and i found that holding the planche will get easier. Also because its a combo training, you can show off to your friends at the park without looking like your head is about to explode.

Does this only apply to planche training ? heck no, this can work for anyother calisthenic static skill in general, so whenever im at the park i does a simple combo which consist of Front lever hold to press to pullover to Planche Hold then onto hefesto. In a Dip bar a my usual Combo is doing an L sit to Planche to press to Deep HSPU to negative planche Hold. My personal opinion this is one of the best method of training for getting good at static skills, when i say good i mean just not unlocking the movement but simply being able to unlock and master the movement.

I have his program. But there is no video's or foto's in it to understand wich exersice he means. I get level 1 and 2 but the combo's in level 3 hard to understand. And no feedback....

When you say convert high volume/low intensity to low volume/high intensity, do you mean: "do the things you do with better form" ?

Thanks Again For Yr Vidoes Bro ... and everything you said is right and valentin really understand his body well ..but sometime you cant explain for yrself if you are tired or the programe is too much for you ... coz like todays i found myself holding 9 sec in full planhce and then i start my real programe like combos sets and reps of press push up planche ..etc and i keep on that programe for 5 days and then 2 days rest so we had 7 days but after that rest day and start my second week when i check my full planche i will found myself holding 6 or less so i found that Muscle recovery takes more than 4 days to fully recover but in the sametime if i rest more then 3 days i will became stiff .... so yeah those how my ideas and im training since 2017 Without supplements and a diet program is good ...sorry for long comment
