My son had horrific silent reflux, to the point where he would shreik while doing tummy time or when he lay on his back. I spent my entire days just managing his pain, so I would allow him to nap draped across a boppy pillow on his tummy, while I watched the camera like a hawk. Exhausting work but I did what I had to for him. Don't feel guilty for doing what you need to do for your child.

I've always felt so guilty about letting my now 4 year old sleep a pillow when she was tiny. She refused to sleep without one and eventually we just had to give in. Now I don't feel like such a garbage parent!

I dream fed. And my baby slept on my chest. I'm a light sleeper. And when they deal with acid reflux it's just the best way to keep them elevated.

Can you tell us which pillow you’re using?

I didnt use pillow for my babies, they were sleeping on the side, left and right, but since they got reflux I put them comfy on our big pillow (50x70) just their upper body to be on higher level :)
