My Aunt baby boy was having same problem the milk was Coming out through nose and mouth that was Suffocating him He was not able to breath and he was not able to cry because he was new born or just couple of days So they Have to stay awake in night for him He just panic and nod his neck fast as he can due to suffocation but he is fine and 2 year old thank god
