I have one problem in my Toshiba t1950cs model laptop the problem is that it is charging but when I press power button all lights switch off but just dc in light blinking and laptop won't turned on

I cannot stand videos where there is no speaking is your face broken did your mouth quit working? What are you doing? What are you testing? Why are you testing it? Did you forget how to speak? It just makes no sense to me why people would not explain what they're doing and why they're doing it instead I got to sit through a video of silence? I'll pass thank you.
