I spent way too long trying to figure this out. now you don't have to! How to boot to USB with an old Toshiba Satellite running Phoenix bios. for some reason they essentially hid the USB hdd option. boot from your USB today!

In my Toshiba Satellite BIOS it says to use F7/F8 keys to change the values not - and +, and when I try the same thing it never changes from memory to hdd. Should I try to update the bios? Where do I get it?
