Ironically, I came across this clip while scrolling.

Now I get why every Twitter girl thinks it's her duty to write in the status that she has an ADHD. It's not ADHD dummy, you're just addicted to consuming media.

I love learning about neurology and the effects of how the body operates. Thank you Andrew for sharing your knowledge on this subject. 😊

I find the endless scrolling to be overwhelming. I typically like to find ONE channel to scroll through (like this one tonight) or else I'm overstimulated.

I thought scrolling YT shorts help calm down and stop thinking in 100 different directions all at once was normal.

I’m 6 days in to a 40 day social media fast. Benefits are totally worth it! Some withdraws, though

I don’t agree with this that much. I can watch tiktoks all day but if something that actually interests me I will drop my phone and do what I’m interested in, but some class at school that’s boring and doesn’t interest me I won’t pay attention to.

Not only self induced by scrolling. The billboards down certain highways have a 50-100’ separation distance between giant bright yellow signs for 10+ miles. It’s awful.

How does one find all of these sources of dopamine. Asking for a friend.

What ironic content on a "short". I recognize these from Huberman Labs full length videos, and it would be nice if these shorts would link to the full videos. Please?

This guy didn't play as Monsieur LaPadite in Inglorius Bastard?

So in a weird way watcjing an actual 10min-20minute video is actually better for you and helps you reset your dopamine a bit better, and then know phone to little is best

Social media didn't even exist when ADHD became a thing. I was 8 when I was diagnosed over 20 years ago. Can't ever just accept your problems. They all have to blamed on someone or something else.

It's cool to have adhd... just ask Dr's every kids has it.

It also works the other way round.
I found out that I have adhd (and only had my first smart phone at age 22).
I am not on social media because I can't handle the overload of scrolling though instagram or tik tok. It completely overloads me and makes me woozy and the scrolling down so fast because some posts aren't important makes me dizzy.
